Run your outfit on land you lease — without the back office.

BBOS is opening the platform to professional guides operating on leased ground. List properties you hold hunting rights to, manage your own bookings and pricing, and get paid directly — the same tools landowners use, built for how outfitters actually work.

With a Guide account you can:

  • Connect with landowners on the Lease Board actively looking for guides to lease their property
  • List and manage hunts on land you lease, under your own operation (rolling out now)
  • Set your own pricing, control available and blocked dates, and manage your bookings, waivers, and hunter contacts (rolling out now)
  • Get paid directly by deposit through Stripe — you're the sole payee on hunts you list; what you owe your landowner stays between you and your lease

How it works

Create your account → verify your credentials → connect with landowners or list your leased ground → book hunters → run your hunts → get paid.

Your contact and exact location — released only 48 hours out

When you list a hunt, you drop a pin on the exact hunt area. That pin stays off the public map — hunters browsing only ever see the county. Once a hunter books, the platform releases your phone number and that precise field location to them exactly 48 hours before the hunt, and not before. Nothing is shared ahead of a confirmed booking, so your ground and your contact stay private until you have a paying hunter locked in.
